Planning for my Baseball glove commercial

 Props:

Well because my commercial is about a baseball glove the main prop will be a baseball glove and a baseball. The commercial is all mainly about baseball so might as well use mostly baseball equipment. 

Costumes:

The costumes for my commercial will probably be one of the actors looking like a baseball player. They will be wearing a baseball hat, some type of jersey, baseball pants and either cleats or shoes. They will be wearing the baseball glove because that is what is being advertised. 

But there has to be another costume or a back-up but this is when everything goes wrong. This backup outfit would still be a baseball hat to know this commercial is about baseball. But the jersey might have to change to a T-shirt if I can't find one to use. The same with the baseball pants I will have to find one and if I don't have a pair they might have to be changed to shorts. Depending if I can do the commercial outside depends if he wears cleats or sneakers. 

Schedule:

Well 10/23 I researched commercials that are like the commercial I am trying to create. So research Nike commercials and Dick Sporting good commercials. 

Also on 10/23 I will have to plan everything for the commercial. So that  is the costumes, schedule
, props, location and back up plan. 

On 10/27 I have to create my story board on how we will shoot our commercial and how it will look like and develop the scenes. 

10/28-10/29 I will start to take some shots of the commercial if these days stay good. 

10/30 I will edit all the filming that I did before that day. 

11/03 My commercial will be completely edited filmed and ready for the product to be advertised. 

Location 

The location that I am going to shoot my commercial will be at the baseball field. Would make sense because the commercial is about baseball. 

But if the day is bad or I can't get there then I will try and film it in my room or in the backyard.

 I am Gavin Gonzalez, I am a junior at Fort Lauderdale Highschool. In this filming project I decided to work by myself for this project. I would rather depend on myself to get everything done. I can't rely on other kids to help me in this project. It's like a 50/50 chance you are taking. This person you can work with can be very controlling and take over the whole project which sucks. Or they never do anything and expect you to do it all. Or you might not be able to communicate with them. Also the people I could work with live too far for me to get there and I have no transportation. I wouldn't need anyone to work with when I have everything I need at home to do it. music video

 This project was definitely a different and new experience. There was a lot of new things I learned from this project. I learned how to add music to my video for the first time. Even though we basically had to have music in the video. It also was a much longer video that I was making and planning for which I thought was going to be harder but it really wasn't. It was like making any of the other videos I made. Just had to make sure I had a good plan and good schedule. With the storyboard it has changed because nobody had to lip sync to the song. I had enough video that if I added that it would have made the video too long. So I decided to cut that out of the video. Also the setting changes a little it wouldn't be in parents lake house I did it in the front yard and I also never had a shot in the garage. Creative Critical Reflection Music Video

 Usually in pop music videos they are just being followed by the camera and singing. They usually have backup dancers to dance in sync. They are usually showing off the money how much money they have or the fancy cars they have. I didn't follow how those usual pop music videos look. I wanted to tell a story to this song. I wanted to have a theme behind the song for people to see. I wanted the video to be different or special not a normal pop song. Always good to be a little different. This video actually does cover some issues in the real world. That was basically the theme I was going for. It represents the issue of bullying and people just being brought down in life. This is for them to push through and don't listen to what they have to say. Like before it engages with the audience due to the theme. Engages with audience due to the story it is telling.
