AICE Media Studies

 Well now we are about to go on a break from school for the next week. So during this week I plan on trying to film during this week. I am hoping I can film and finish all these scenes. I will be with my brother all break so we have time to record. But I will need to get him record during this week we are off school which might be a little hard. He is going to think while we on break that we aren't going to have to do anything. So he is going to get mad when I tell him that we need to record for a project. But he will cooperate with me and we will get it done. While we on break I can get all the props for the scenes. That will give me time to get props. We have gloves and baseballs I just need the chest and map. Since Monday I still haven't filmed. I have been procrastinating the filming part of the final task. But I needed to get more work done. I thought that I caught up on most of my work but, I guess I was wrong. There was more I needed to catch up on to get my grades up. B

 I have started the filming for the final task. I have almost finished the filming for the inside scenes. I should have finished the inside scenes but I am a little behind on the filming. I have been catching up with work. I m trying to bring my grades up in few classes. I have caught up in about all my classes. So now I can get to filming again. I still need to get my brother to come and be another actor. He has been the actor in a few scenes that we have filmed. So now I need to get him to cooperate with me. But during the week I am going to try and finish the inside scenes. Just get my brothers attention for filming these scenes and I can finish them. But with the outside films, I haven't started them yet. This would also be with my brother being hard to cooperate with. But also I haven't finished the inside scenes to even start the outside films. I would also need to get all the props for the outside films. I am very behind I should have had all these props ready and ready

 I finally started to film my final task. I started to film the inside scenes for the final task. I haven't started the outside films. I haven't started my outside scenes due to not getting all my props for the outside scenes. I haven't even got the chest for the treasure map. I haven't made the the treasure map to show where the treasure might be. With extracurricular activities after school that go until night time, I never get enough time to do them outside. With the inside scenes I have enough time to get them started. During class with covid going on me and my brother can finally work on the scenes. Working with my brother ca have its good moments and bad moments. I have to direct him which most the time he won't but it is my job to keep him in check. He would start laughing when we try and record some of the scenes. But I needed him to be serious for the scenes. So sometimes I would need to yell at him to get him to do the scenes right.  Now that all my planning has been fixed I can begin to film. I have not started filming yet. I still need to prepare for filming. I need to get all the props together and people together. I need to work out times to record with my brother. With us both playing baseball we never have time during the day to record. Working with him is hard because we are always fighting. But I got him to agree to work with me nd help me record my final task. Also I am going to need props to help me record the final task. The props I will need to gather would be a chest. Which I can go buy a chest but, I just need time for that. Another prop I need will be a map or fake map. The map is something I can draw or buy. This will be going in the chest for one of the shots. I will also need a baseball and glove. But with playing baseball we have both of these things. I just need to grab my baseball glove and baseball from my dads. I will also need to figure what I will be recording on, like an Iphone or maybe a

 I have not started filming my final task yet. For my planning I had to fix a few things before I wanted to start my filming. Before you film you need a plan. I have been procrastinating the planning for the final task. I needed to get the planning done for me to get an idea what to film. With the script I need to get a slight idea of what to record. In the script I got an idea of what to do. But I needed to fix the dialogue for the script. I had no dialogue for the people to speak. Which means throughout the whole film no one was suppose to speak. The planning I needed to decide where I want to film the outside scene. I had to choose between whether I want to film at a field or at home. I decided to film the outside films behind my house due to covid it be safer for me. Would not need to interact with anyone else besides my brother. With the storyboard I also needed to fix that. In my blog they would need 5 sentences included in the blog. Which I needed to fix.   This is my storyboard for my film. This is my ideas for my film. How I vision my film to look in 60 shots I made. I need this to give me an idea for what I want to record. 

 In the final task it is important to have a schedule for the film. This will let you know when you need to get things done on time. Helps with time management so you are not cramping everything at once.  March 5-7: This is when I start to get all my props and decorations for the film. I am going to need to need a chest for one of the scenes. Also to get everyone that will be helping in the film to agree to help. So these days were for getting everything together.  March 8: This will be the time when I will start the recording for the scenes that needed to be filmed inside. I can do these very easily while school is still online.  March 10: I would like to be done with the scenes being filmed inside. So I can start with the scenes that need to be filmed outside.  March 11: I would love to be filming outside for the rest of the scenes so I can get to editing my final task.   March 13: I want to be finished with all the filming and to start the editing for the project.  In the final task the titles are going to be very important in the design. They need to be able to match the Genre that you trying to film. You can't have titles that they look they are from a horror film when you are trying to film an action or thriller film. Because I am trying  to film an action movie I need my titles to look more adventurous. That's going to be using the right fonts, design and editing to make that happen.   The title that I came up with for this movie would be called T HE LOST TREASURE   The title is called the lost treasure due to them finding a treasure that none has found yet.  The title will be in all caps to make it easier to see and just pop out for people to see it. The letters will be BOLD  for it to pop out more. The color of the title will be like a yellowish /golden color.  The actors in the movie will be Shane and Gavin.  Scene 1: In this shot this will be the opening shot of the final task.  So this will be wide shot angle or establishing shot to show the setting of the scene.  This will be taken with a few kids or maybe just one kid playing outside.  They will be throwing the ball around and the ball gets away from them and rolls away This will be tracking movement of the ball of the ball rolling into a bush Scene 2: This will come back to the kids, showing a medium shot of the kids.  One of the kids will be trash talking the other one for making the bad throw. Kid 1 " You suck, you can't throw the ball. This is why you are still on JV and not varsity."
